Customer Development Executive / Brand Ambassador Hybrid - Spirits
Alexander Steele is recruiting on behalf of a global, premium spirit manufacturer based out of London.
We are recruiting a Brand Ambassador / Customer Development Executive to support our UK distributor and develop our Brand in the on-trade in the North of the UK & Scotland.
Remote Working - 1-2 x per month in the London Office / Distributor HQ
A lot of time will be spent across Glasgow & Edinburgh so location is key for visits.
£35-37k + 15% Bonus + Benefits (incl Healthcare (excl dental & eye), 25 Days + Bank holidays
Driving new listings in free trade accounts
Developing existing accounts through the implementation of activation programs (activate in accounts to drive ROS and visibility)
Supporting the distributor's North KAM to gain coverage across on-trade groups in the area
Championing bartenders training and advocacy
Customer development in the region with aggressive set of KPI's to drive on-trade listings (Example; For new listings, 8 calls per day, 4 days calling per week (incl store visits) with 1 day admin etc. For existing business, 4 calls per outlet each year (250 outlets approx)
At least 1.5 years + in a Sales / Customer facing role. Ideally within the Food & Beverage industry
A driven & autonomous team player
Knowledge of the UK's On-Trade sector, ideally within the North of England & Scotland
A background in hospitality would be a plus (bartender, servers, greeting staff etc)
