Demand Planner Food & Drink Jobs

Alexander Steele has partnered with a leading food business that has an exciting opportunity for a Demand Planner to generate and manage timely demand plans for all product categories in selected customer accounts. Key responsibilities: • You will own the forecast accuracy KPIs for your customer accounts, driving root cause identification and corrective actions at SKU level. • Assist in developing the company S&OP process, creating new ways of working with different parts of the business. • Challenge the sales forecast to drive excellent Demand Planning Accuracy. Candidate experience: • Demand or Supply Planning and Forecasting experience within a Food, Drinks or other FMCG industry. • Good ERP and Microsoft Excel experience (Power BI &/or Anaplan experience will be advantageous) • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. On Offer: • Salary will be circa £35K to £38K + Bonus + Private Medical • 25 leave days + 8 bank holidays • The role will be based in the South London area • Hybrid remote working options (3 days in the office)
