Alexander Steele Recruitment has partnered with a leading Food manufacturing business that is urgently looking for an ERP Support Consultant to join their Application Support team and provide technical and functional support and assistance to ERP end users. Key accountabilities: • Effectively assist internal users get the most out of the ERP solution and their related systems. • Be part of the Project team responsible for functionality enhancements and change request to existing system. • Develop a high level of understanding of the full suite of the business’ ERP components. Candidate requirements: • A tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Information Systems or equivalent • At least 3 to 5 years ERP systems support experience with SAGE X3 and/or SAP Business One • Crystal Reports experience • Knowledge of SQL query • MS SQL / PostgreSQL administration experience Salary will be circa £35K to £40K + Pension. The role will be based in the Northwest London area. Hybrid-remote working option (4 days in/1 day from home)
