Finance Manager

Alexander Steele is partnering again with a reputable food manufacturing business based in Fife. We are currently supporting them with the search for a Finance Manager. This role is arisen due to the rapid growth of the business and is a terrific opportunity for someone passionate about building a career in a fast and dynamic environment. This brilliant opportunity is based on-site and for the right candidate paying Circa £50,000 The Role Preparing and publishing weekly and monthly financial information Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts Control of Cash Collection cycle Economic Analysis of incomes and costs Fixed Asset control. Maintaining Fixed Asset Register and controlling and reporting of Capital Expenditure. VAT Reporting and Compliance Statutory reporting Improving our processes and systems Price file control Management of direct reports The Candidate CCAB or CIMA qualification Expert Knowledge of Microsoft Excel Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including, Office 365, MS Teams and other related cloud-based systems. Experience in reporting monthly financial reporting deadlines Strong interpersonal skills, including assisting users of financial information who do not have strong financial skills Experience in working in a multi-site Retail organisation would be advantageous Knowledge of using SAGE economic systems or similar Experience in completing VAT returns If this sounds like you, please apply directly or contact Clarke Smith directly to find out more
