THE ROLE

Job Title: Marketing & Communications Specialist
Location: Dubai, UAE
Reporting To: BDD / CEO
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead ongoing market intelligence and competitive analysis across oil & gas, energy, and industrial sectors (regional and global)
Prepare market insight reports to support business development, sales strategies, and senior leadership decision-making
Develop and manage marketing content including brochures, company profiles, case studies, newsletters, and social media materials
Maintain and strengthen the company's brand identity across all channels, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visuals
Plan and coordinate industry events, trade shows, exhibitions, and client engagement activities globally
Manage internal and external communications including press releases, corporate announcements, and employee engagement materials
Prepare high-quality, data-driven presentations for board meetings, executive reviews, and senior management sessions
Collaborate with technical, sales, and operations teams to translate complex offerings into clear commercial messaging

CANDIDATE PROFILE

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline
4 to 7 years of experience in marketing and communications, ideally within oil & gas, energy, or heavy industrial B2B environments
A strong understanding of oil & gas market dynamics and industrial services is highly preferred
Experience working in the Middle East / GCC market is a distinct advantage
Advanced PowerPoint and presentation design skills to board-level standard
Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong analytical and stakeholder management capabilities
High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
