Myself and Alexander Steele are delighted to be engaged with a highly established multi site food manufacturer in London seeking to hire a Head of NPD. A highly established product developer and innovative thinker, you will help set the development strategy towards products of the highest standard. The role is paying Upton £85,000 base + package for the right individual. The candidate Proven experience in Product Development at a senior leadership level working within food manufacturing or retailer background • Knowledge of multi-site management. • Breadth and depth of commercial and financial awareness to develop and deploy the business team’s food strategy profitably. • Leadership and Development of a multi-site and multi-functional team. • Experience and knowledge of leading the development of project pipelines and managing the individual project launches. • Dealing with Retailers • Hands on Approach • Presentation skills essential for both external/internal customers in conjunction with supporting the Sales Team If a senior development opportunity, providing the platform to lead and deliver projects that will shape the future direction of the business could be of interest, then please don't hesitate to send through a CV or get in touch for more details.
