Are you looking for a new HR role within a fast-paced manufacturing company? Alexander Steele is working in partnership with a fantastic and well established food manufacturing company based in the North East of England. They are currently looking for a HR Coordinator to join their team. This will be a Generalist role and is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level. The role will be working Monday - Friday office hours and will pay between £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience. The Role: • Benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, on boarding, policy implementation, and recruitment /employment and employment law compliance. • Coaches, counsels and guides managers before executing employee disciplinary actions. • Maintains human resource system records and compiles reports from the database. • Monitors employee performance evaluations and ensures they are done in a timely manner.
