Our client, a global leader in the Food industry has an exciting opportunity for an Information Systems Business Partner to be the primary point of contact for the global IS shared service, providing services to business partners and teams to ensure that the IS function is integral to driving business value.
Key responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and associated plans for IS business solutions and accurate use.
• Ensure that solutions meet corporate objectives, fulfil end-user requirements, and identify and resolve business requirements issues.
• Take responsibility for the application lifecycle management of systems from procurement, implementation to retirement.
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, and process owners in the testing of new solutions.
• Liaise with the Procurement department to negotiate contracts and coordinate with suppliers for timely rectification of any problems or emergencies.
Applicant requirements:
• A degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or related technology qualification.
• Information Systems experience covering core process functions including HR, Finance, Procurement or Supply Chain
• Excellent knowledge of any of the associate business systems including HR Procurement P2P, Finance, Corporate Communications, Quality Management
• Good knowledge of ERP systems knowledge especially SAP and ideally JD Edward
• Manage multiple sophisticated programs and initiatives across interpersonal boundaries.
• Strong communications skills and ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in a FMCG or other large fast paced business
Salary will be circa £60K to £65K + Car Allowance + Bonus.
The role will be based in the London area.
Hybrid remote working options available (3 days in the office).
