Are you a strong people leader with a passion for food manufacturing and high standards? We’re working with a well-established, forward-thinking food manufacturer known for its outstanding company culture, and they’re now looking for a Manufacturing Manager to join their growing team. This is a key role within the site, leading a large production team to deliver against operational targets while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.

The role…

Leading and motivating a large team across production, driving performance and engagement.
Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure products are made safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Maintaining full compliance with BRC and HACCP standards, playing a key role in audit readiness.
Working cross-functionally with technical, engineering, and planning teams to support continuous improvement.
Coaching and developing your team, identifying training needs and building a strong, empowered culture.

What we are looking for..

Proven experience in a Production or Manufacturing Manager role within food manufacturing.
Strong understanding of BRC, HACCP, and wider food safety regulations.
A hands-on leadership style and track record of managing large teams in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across all levels.
