Operations Manager

Alexander Steele are delighted to be working in an exclusive partnership with a fellow Edinburgh based business, we have been engaged by Civerinos Management Group to assist them in hiring a new Group Operations Manager. Managing Director, Michele Civiera and his amazing team have worked tirelessly to provide Edinburgh and beyond their take on the classic New York 'Slice'. Despite the current challenges to the hospitality sector, during 'Lockdown' Civerinos made some important changes to the way they traded, along with market leading product innovation they also expanded their delivery service across Edinburgh. In 2021 they have plans for two new openings for their "Slice" outlets, including ‘West Slice’ in Costorphine & ‘Prom Slice’ in Portobello that will operate alongside their 3 other sites. Due to this exciting expansion, they have created a new role for a Group Operations Manager. This role will report directly to the Owner/MD and you will have day to day oversight of 5 units, with each of the GMs reporting directly to yourself. Ideally you will: Have extensive experience of multi-site hospitality management, preferably Food Be passionate, creative and career driven Be entrepreneurial Experience openings sites and recruitment of whole teams Have a passion for new projects and brand development Run the day to day operation as well as drive all aspects of the wider business Want to be part of something unique In return the role will pay a starting salary of up to £50k, plus phone, laptop and holiday entitlement.
