Production Shift Manager

We currently have two vacancies for a Production Shift Manager for a food manufacturing business based in Grimsby. You will be responsible for setting and driving operational standards in relation to People, Product, Process, Plant and Performance across all the shift. Days Position • £42,350 • Monday – Friday • 28 days annual leave Nights Position • £44,600 • Monday – Friday • 28 days annual leave Experiences required: • Production experience at an FLM / Shift management level gained in an FMCG environment. • Great Leadership and communication skills • Demonstrates knowledge of GMP and HACCP Sound Interesting?
