R&D Raw Materials Specialist

I am working with an innovative global food manufacturer who are going through a very exciting period of growth. They are looking for a R&D Raw Materials Specialist to join the central Innovation team in Bedfordshire. On offer: • Salary up to £40,000 depending on experience • Enhanced holiday entitlement • Enhanced company pension • Private medial and life insurance • Great career development and support The role: As R&D RM Specialist you will report in to the Head of Sourcing for R&D and will work as part of the RD&A team. You will lead the RD&A strategy for RM categories under your remit and manage the roll out across the group. You will work closely with internal stakeholders on new innovations, whilst working to ensure that the businesses sustainability goal are met. The candidate: • Degree educated and good working knowledge in Food Science or similar • Have strong technical and product development experience • Good Microsoft Office skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Must be able to travel to Europe and overseas occasionally If this looks like the role you have been looking for please apply.
