Retail Demand Planner

Alexander Steele has partnered with a leading Food business that has an exciting new opportunity for a Demand Planner to develop robust forecast models working collaboratively with key stakeholders to drive service levels & minimise wastage level and assist in facilitating and implementing the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&Op) process. Key Responsibilities: Generate accurate and timely forecasts that consistently satisfy high levels of on-shelf availability for customers. Lead forecast reviews with stakeholders across various functions and work collaboratively to understand customer requirements. Record, track and analyse forecast inputs such as sales history, customer data, promotions, market trends and seasonality Maintain and improve existing tools and processes for demand planning Candidate Requirements: Demand Planning/Forecasting experience in a FMCG environment Good systems experience including Microsoft Excel and ERP software Strong communication skills and the ability to establish effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders Ability to analyse and interpret large data with attention to detail This is your opportunity to join a fast-growing business providing sustainable and organic food products.
