Sales Manager - On Trade - London Alexander Steele is recruiting on behalf of an exciting producer of premium whiskey located within the UK. Our client has a won multiple awards for it's products and is considered as one of the best producers on the market. The business has a reputation for sustainable practises and has exciting growth plans both in the UK and across international markets. In line with that growth, we are recruiting a Sales Manager to help build new customer relationships across on-trade venues within London. In the role, you will manage existing customers whilst identifying new business opportunities to help deliver the businesses ambitious growth targets. Hybrid working - Travel across On-trade in London £30-35k (Open to higher depending on experience) + Benefits Responsibilities To deliver volume and revenue targets as defined in the commercial strategy Support the implementation of the sales and brand plans for London, particularly focussed on prestige on-trade accounts, retailers & specialists Management of existing customer relationships including on-trade wholesale and retail customers Develop new business opportunities across London Preparation and presentation of proposals, including costings to prospective clients in line with the brand strategy To organise and deliver events to customers in order to build advocacy and drive rate of sale Experience Required Commercial acumen and general business understanding Experience of preparing and delivering commercial proposals to customers Numerate, analytical and able to turn analysis and problem-solving into opportunities Knowledge and experience of working with premium drinks brands, with an understanding of London on-trade venues & wholesalers Strong selling and negotiation skills Experience winning new business A strong team player that is adaptable and willing to get "stuck in" If you would like to find out more about this great opportunity, please apply with your most recent CV or contact me: sam.gilmour@alexandersteele.com or call Sam Gilmour on 07391 890 653
