Sales Controller The Business: Alexander Steele are working in partnership with a successful food manufacturing business. They supply major retailers with high quality products. The business is growing and its an exciting time to join. They are looking to expand their team with a Sales Controller. The Role: Sales Controller This position is both a hands on strategic role. Heading up the major retail accounts, leading the lean commercial team, working closely with the product development teams, and helping shape the commercial strategic alongside the MD. Experience, Knowledge, Qualifications: Proven track record with major retailers Strong leadership skills with ability to act strategically Determined & enthusiastic with good influencing and organisational skills. Ability to build relationship with external and internal customers. IT ability at intermediate/advanced level in Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Team/customer focussed.
