Sales Manager Alexander Steele are working in partnership with a leading hygiene solutions business. The business supplies a wide range of customers including food & drink manufacturing. Consistent growth and investment has enabled the company to develop into one of the leaders in this market sector working in partnership with many blue chip food and beverage businesses. The business is going from strength to strength and they are looking to add a new Sales Manager to their Commercial team. The Role: Sales Manager, leading team of Technical Sales consultants. Covering Ireland & Northern Ireland. Managing existing customers and hunting new business. Leading and supporting the team of sales and technical consultants. Sales training and development. Solution selling and problem solving. Setting sales targets and KPI's. Staying up to date on products and developments in the industry. Experience, Knowledge, Qualifications Proven experience in technical sales, with a knowledge of food and/or drinks manufacturing. Man management experience.
