Sales Operations Executive The Business: Alexander Steele are working in partnership with leading branded food manufacturing business. The business operate on a global scale and they are very much a leader in their category here in the UK. Sales Operations Executive As Sales Operations Executive you will contribute to our success through providing world-class administrative support to the sales function, through accurate and timely execution of all customer administration. The position offers excellent training, and attractive career progression options. Full training on the products and services is provided. As Sales Operations Executive, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) the following: • Deductions inputting (coding) • Manage invoicing queries (admin) customer resolution with sales team and Genpact • Pricing management in SAP • Accrual management • Price claims • Age of stock administration • Accurate completion of new line forms • Short notice stock requests, orders vs forecast, technical requests, new customer set up • Coordinating samples orders • Product image requests • Raising purchase orders in SAP • Attending admin and sales operations forums • Attending account team meetings when needed • Refreshing sales reports where needed What’s On Offer: Up to £30k + bonus + excellent benefits.
