Alexander Steele Recruitment are looking to hire a Sales Order Processing for one of our long-standing clients in Leeds. Our client are an modern food manufacturing business that works closely with leading retailers and food service customers, specialising in high volume production of top quality bakery products. They are looking for a Sales Order Processor to work within their busy Supply Chain team, based in Leeds Responsibilities: •Accurately input customer orders onto the company in house system •Liaise with customers, 3rd party service providers and other departments to ensure orders are delivered correctly and on time •Resolve any customer queries regarding orders/deliveries •Compile reports on customer orders and service levels Experienced required: •Previous experience within an Administration role, along with data input experience is preferred. •Excellent IT skills •Excellent communication skills with the confidence to liaise with customers and colleagues and good customer service skills. •Able to work as part of a team as well as on own initiative and independently On Offer: •£18,720 - £20,800 depending on experience •Monday – Friday •40 hours per week •28 days holiday •Pension This is an exciting opportunity to join an award winning and innovative company than can offer long term achievement, development, and internal career opportunities If you are interested in hearing more about it this position, please apply with your most recent CV.
