Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the trial phase of the critical path, ensuring accurate and detailed reporting of all findings.
- Design the most efficient production line setups for new product introductions.
- Serve as the essential link between the NPD and Operations teams, ensuring smooth communication and knowledge transfer.
- Ensure that all NPD briefs are delivered to the highest standard, aligning with customer and business expectations.
- Support the delivery of commercially successful products through process excellence and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Candidate requirement:
- Previous experience in a similar Process Technologist or Senior Process role within a food manufacturing environment.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Passionate about food innovation and process improvement.
