Supply Chain Co-ordinator Food & Drink Jobs

Alexander Steele Recruitment continue to parter with one of the UK and Europe's largest food manufacturers. Do to very exciting growth the business are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join them at their site in Dublin. On offer: • Salary is €35,000 • Company pension • Enhanced holidays The Role: As Supply Chain Coordinator you will oversee the flow of stock entering and leaving various warehouse facilities in the UK and Ireland regions, whilst updating the appropriate system platforms. Key responsibilities; • Supervising proper stock rotation and allocation processes. • Overseeing the processing of booking of orders, proof of deliveries, order status updates to invoicing, handling returns and rejections, and maintaining control over associated credit notes. • Coordinating effectively with 3PLs and liaising with customer representatives when necessary to ensure alignment with business requirements. • Acting as a communication bridge between the commercial teams and production planners. • Addressing customer queries and concerns regarding orders and deliveries, including managing customer complaints. • Maintaining a high level of stock accuracy in the WMS and managing non-conformances related to stock movements. • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and working towards streamlining and enhancing workflow. • Generating reports and KPIs upon request. • Undertaking any other duties as directed by the Supply Chain operations team and commercial team as required. The candidate: • At least 1 years experience working in a similar role with a food, drink or FMCG manufacturing environment • Excellent organisational and planning skills • Good verbal and written communication • Proficient computer skills.
