Technical Manager

Alexander Steele are working in partnership with a large food manufacturing business based in North Lincolnshire, who are currently looking for a Technical Manager to join their team. The business has a large product portfolio and a range of customers within the retail and food service sector. The role is a Monday – Friday role and the company are looking to pay up to £40,000 for the right candidate. The Role: • As Site Technical Manager, you will deliver the food safety to comply with all relevant legislation and the requirements of all customers. • Lead site audits • Lead the HACCP teams, ensuring regular reviews, maintenance of systems and implementations • Ensuring compliance with technical, hygiene and process standards • Contributing to strategic improvements and development across factory operations The Candidate: • Management experience within the food manufacturing sector. • HACCP certified. • Food Hygiene qualification. • Experience supplying into major retailers.
