Alexander Steele Recruitment continue to work with one of the UK's leading chilled food businesses who supply quality products to all UK retailers and B2B. We are supporting them with the recruitment for a Technical Administrator to join their Technical function in Hertfordshire. On offer: • Salary £25,000 - £28,000 • Monday to Friday (8am-5pm) - Up to 2 days a week from home • 25 days holiday + banks • Company pension The role: Reporting to the Technical Manager, the Technical Administrator will give administrative support to the Technical team. Key accountabilities; • Accurate collation of data, input, analysis and reporting whilst maintaining QMS database due diligence • Creation and maintenance of customer, supplier and specification documentation • Tracking and documenting complaints, queries and rejections • KPI tracking and reporting • Project participation • Supporting with creation of presentations • Organising samples as required The candidate: • Must have a high level of computer literacy - Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) • High data and analytical skills - data entry systems and databases • Excellent numerate skills. • Good verbal and written communication skills • Be able to prioritise and multi-task If you think this could be the role for you please apply with an up to date CV or for more information please contact Tracey on 0131 370 9191 / 07837566646 or email tracey.fleming@alexandersteele.com
