Clarke's recruitment journey actually started here, and after several incredible years working across the UK, Europe and the Middle East in senior operational and executive roles, he's proud to be back. This time Clarke is leading and growing the international recruitment arm of the business.

Alongside this, he developed a real passion for executive search, workforce planning and talent strategy, especially helping start-ups and scale-ups build high-performing teams. Clarke loves connecting great people with great businesses, and is especially focused on international recruitment, helping clients find the right talent across borders.
What is your favourite thing about recruitment?
No day is the same, working in FMCG industry is changing constantly and being challenged to know the current trends which can support your clients and candidates. Also being able to speak with Senior Leaders which shape the industry is genuinely exciting.
What skill would you like to master?
I would love to be able to play a musical instrument but think I might leave that to the pro's.
What’s the best place you’ve travelled to?
Can't pick one so it has to be between New Zealand or Nashville in the states both very different but great places to visit.
