Alexander Steele are working in partnership with a multimillion-pound food business. The business exports and imports high quality foods sold into UK retail and manufacturers as well as the international market.
Responsibilties:
Using SAP to process purchase and freight invoices.
Receive details from suppliers and ensure all details are logged correctly.
Ensure prepayment and/or import licences are received
Send documentary/loading instructions to shipping company/haulier
Compile shipping documents appropriate to destination market
Track shipments
To carry out any other duties as assigned by the management team.
The successful candidate will have:
Shipping/Exports administration experience
Excellent time management skills ensuring the operation is running smoothly.
Organisational skills are essential.
An ambitious team player, motivated, and proactive.
Admin experience required
Attention to detail and a pro active nature
What’s on offer:
£25k - £30k salary.
25 days holiday.
1 day hybrid working (after 3-months working in the office).
