Brand Ambassador Alexander Steele is working in partnership with one of the UK's leading Drinks distributor's of Unique & Unusual Premium drinks brands, aimed at bringing excitement & diversity to the UK industry. Manchester - Liverpool - Leeds (North West) Up to £28k + Car Allowance + Bonus Hybrid working, Access to an Office in Manchester They distribute brands from around the world who recognise the importance of the UK on the global drinks strange. The business helps nurture brands, supports with their marketing and finds the right sales channels to launch. The client is looking to bring on a Brand Ambassador to manage a specified geographical area of Manchester, Liverpool & Leeds. You will be calling on independent on-trade outlets focused on a singular brand within the companies Portfolio. Working alongside the Sales Team & Wholesaler, you will ensure route to market are open to their customers. The Role To achieve targeted distribution growth by brand Sales growth via Activation of brand initiatives / promotional plans Build customer relationships and loyalty towards the clients portfolio - evidenced through brand status (pouring, Upselling, Menu features etc) Negotiate direct support agreements for identified Key Accounts Support Off Trade / C&C team through display / activity activation when required KPIs To make a minimum of 8 calls a day (targeted at 10 calls) Execution of an agreed promotional / marketing plan by brand at outlet level within On-Trade (& Off where required) Execution of experiential program in line with brand planning Maintain up to date customer records ad journey plans with clear actions and objectives for each visit and timely follow-up All Calls / Emails / Key Actions to be returned / followed up within 24 hrs The Candidate Ideally 12-months in a Field based / Customer facing role Relationship building & negotiation skills Ability to plan your own diary and prioritise your workload Communication skills (verbal & written) Negotiation skills Administration / Organisation skills Time Management
