Brand Manager Alexander Steele is working in partnership with one of Scotland’s leading branded FMCG businesses. Very much a leader in their category, this manufacturing business is going from strength to strength and they are looking to add a new Brand Manager to their Commercial team. The Role: Brand Manager Manage and Deliver the through the line launch of agreed initiatives and reviewing performance against agreed goals. Be voice of the consumer and shopper to inspire and maximise our plans internally and externally. Work with broader team to discover future ideas, trends and insights to unlock new thinking and maximise the impact of current and future initiatives. Responsible for communicating each initiative in remit across the business so that our employees are engaged and understand the brands values, objectives, goals and are aware of the activities that deliver these. Budget planning, approval and overall management – ensuring robust controls and evaluation are in place to ensure that we get best value for money and ROI. Experience, Knowledge, Qualifications Educated to degree level Extensive Brand Marketing Experience in an FMCG environment Delivery of end-to-end projects; from concept, to pack and product development to launch Experience in leading and managing project teams The position offer flexible working, we are looking for someone based in Central Scotland, Stirlingshire, Perthshire, Fife or Angus.
