Alexander Steele have partnered with a leading UK based food supplier, specializing in high quality, innovative & specialty ingredients for foodservice, retail & B2B channels.
They are expanding their growing marketing with an exciting new Brand Manager position.
The Role
The Brand Manager is responsible for developing, maintaining, and evolving the company’s brand strategies to ensure consistent, compelling, and differentiated brand representation across all touchpoints.
This role leads brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity, working cross-functionally to ensure all marketing initiatives align with brand standards and business objectives. The Brand Manager plays a strategic role in strengthening brand equity, driving customer trust, and supporting long-term growth.
Job Content / Principle Accountabilities & Objectives
- Responsible for developing and delivering omni-channel brand strategies for focus brands within the portfolio, working closely with the Digital Marketing Coordinator on execution.
- Brand guideline owner and gate keeper all content must be in line with brand guidelines and be an accurate representation of the product portfolio and as a business.
- Supervising trade marketing activities with our customers’ platforms, keeping our brand’s identity consistent.
- Responsible for inputting and approving brand representation throughout the artwork process.
- Responsible for the protection of the company’s trademarked properties and brand images.
- Responsible for the communications of the company and its brands and that of the third-party brands.
- Responsible for marketing collateral to support our hero brand plans and NPD.
- Responsible for ensuring sales teams and customers have sufficient collateral to support brand growth and launches.
- Supporting any business or customer trade shows exhibitions.
- Monitoring the performance of campaigns and communicating results to the wider business.
- Strengthen the connection between and our portfolio of brands, ensuring consistency in messaging across all platforms.
- Working closely with agencies to deliver briefs and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Development of customer facing presentations.
- Managing the content on the corporate website with the Digital Marketing Coordinator.
- Marketing budget management – allocated budgets per brand will be your responsibility to propose activity and strategies for, then manage execution of with reporting on return on investment.
- Internal comms: Monthly reporting for MBR (marketing brand review) and SBR (sales business review).
