Alexander Steele is partnering again with a reputable food manufacturing business based in Fife. We are currently supporting them with the search for a Business Training Manager. This role is arisen due to the rapid growth of the business and is a terrific opportunity for someone passionate about building a career in a fast and dynamic environment. This brilliant opportunity is based on-site and for the right candidate paying Circa £32,000 The Role Developing internal training programs for the retail team Delivering training across the retail shops across Scotland Mentor, coach and develop our people Supporting Retail Area Managers with training needs and solutions within their regions work with the L&D manager on developing retail content for our LMS system and reporting metrics Regularly obtain feedback and evaluate training effectiveness across the retail teams. Ensuring accurate recording and reporting of training within the retail team The Candidate Delivery of high impact training programmes with success metrics Experience in developing and delivering technical skills training programmes Excellent presentation and communication skills Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including, Office 365, MS Teams and other related cloud-based systems.
