Business Unit Leader The business: Alexander Steele are working with in partnership with one of the UK’s most loved food brands. The business produces high quality food products for the UK’s major retail, food service and export markets. The business is experiencing a significant and extended period of growth. They have exciting plans to diversify and continue their success in the coming years. The position: Business Unit leader (Commercial) The BUL is a commercially focused leadership role. Heading up a team that manages major retail, discounter retail, foodservice and export customers. The position sits on the European leadership team and offers the opportunity shape commercial plan across a number of channels. The position reports into the European Sales Director. The person: • Food/FMCG commercial professional with leadership experience. • Proven track record with major retailers. • Strong man manager with proven track record of developing people. • Ability to be flexible, being both hands on and strategic. • Branded products knowledge. The package: Up to £80k + car allow + bonus + benefits You can be based anywhere in UK. Travel to customers and UK head office required.
