Alexander Steele have a unique opportunity for someone to gain 12 months of Commercial experience with a major chilled food business.
Our client is currently recruiting for an Account Executive to cover a 12 month Maternity contract to be based at their site in Spalding.
The role will pay up to £25k and ideally we need the successful candidate to start by mid-September so that there we can ensure a handover
As Account Executive you will process daily orders for customers and assist with the daily account activity as well as providing cover for specifications both internally and externally.
You will be dealing with customers, particularly around the customer supply chain, but also customer buyers. Part of this role will involve the preparation of data and info for commercial and supplier reviews and you will liaise with accounts and production to resolve any order related queries as well as assist customer commercial team with new line set up both internally and externally.
This role would suit either a graduate with commercial placement within Food Manufacturing or someone who has found themselves unexpectedly on the market due to the current challenging trading conditions.
Ideally you will have:
Experience within commercial and/or supply chain ideally with fast moving, short shelf life food products, this is essential
Be determined & enthusiastic with good influencing and organisational skills.
Ability to build relationship with external and internal customers.
IT ability at intermediate/advanced level in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Good communicator at multiple levels.
