Responsible for the development of enduring relationships with our grocery customers, leveraging these relationships in order to deliver profitable business in line with the commercial strategy.
Working closely with our marketing and food team, developing and delivering market beating customer growth plans through collaboration with customers
Achieve sales revenue and gross profit targets aligned to business plans
Manage net modelled profit on all SKUs to agreed targets
Responsible for sales forecast by SKU for customers within the sales forecasting system to project full year Latest Estimate
Responsible for reporting variance to Last Month’s estimate within sales forecasting system.
Attend training & personal development opportunities in order to develop sales management skills and develop relevant knowledge
Degree educated, ideally in a business, marketing or economics related discipline.
Strong on Excel and PowerPoint (to analyse data, create reporting and stories)
Solid understanding of how retail FMCG works
Bright & highly motivated
Passionate about being the best
Strong communication skills
Greater London. Office based role.
Up to £30k + bonus + excellent benefits package.
