Alexander Steele Recruitment are seeking a Customer Services Coordinator to join a manufacturing business based in Leeds.
On Offer:
•£22,000 - £28,000 Depending on experience
•Monday – Friday – 8:30am – 5pm with an earlier finish on Fridays
•33 days annual leave
•Quarterly attendance bonus
Job Purpose
•Customers receive their orders on time and in full.
•Good communication with customers: updating them on product supply whilst liaising with operations and logistics providers.
•Providing an important link between commercial and supply chain
Key Responsibilities
•Customer communication – shortages/deliveries/order amendments
•Work Closely with Logistics Providers regarding Orders / Stocks
•Order Processing
•Order Despatching
•Monitor customer service levels
•Ongoing monitoring of Customer stock trackers / orders
•Download Retailer EPOS and transfer into Excel Spreadsheets
•Commercial Invoices for export Customers
Key Requirements
•Customer Service experience preferred, but not essential as training will be provided.
•Great communication skills
