Digital Marketing Manager - Kent - Flexible Working Options (3 days a week in the office) Package: Up to £30k - £35k + Annual Bonus + Benefits We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join a dynamic & exciting UK wine company. Key Responsibilities: Devise and execute effective digital, social and email marketing campaigns, in line with wider brand plans Produce and implement effective SEO & PPC advertising to increase traffic and ecommerce revenue Develop and implement email marketing calendar for each key external stakeholder group, including shareholders, vine lease holders, loyalty holders and general customer database. Working with wider marketing team on content plan Driving data capture as part of key consumer interactions, including at the winery, on our website, on social media and at events Ensuring we have the correct data available to segment our target audiences and engage directly with each group in fresh ways Produce highly engaging monthly content calendar for use across all social channels, with assistance of implementation from Marketing Executive Develop content for our ecommerce and tourism webpages to ensure a best-in-class web experience for the user and work closely with the Ecommerce team to drive traffic and increase sales revenue Develop digital brand assets for use across digital and social, working closely with the Brand Manager Encourage and coordinate team inputs from trade, events, and tourism to include as part of content planning for social media accounts Plan and implement influencer marketing activity to support brand marketing goals and as part of wider PR plans or Sponsorship activity. Manage relationships with external digital agencies and digital partners Regular monitoring and reporting on all digital marketing campaigns, including of our competitive set Keeping up to date with the latest digital and social trends, approaches and thinking, providing recommendations for the business. About you You have at least at least three years’ experience delivering excellent results in a digital marketing role You have proven experience in social media management with a strong understanding of paid social and other forms of digital advertising You have successful email marketing campaigns under your belt and are proficient in working with Klaviyo or Mailchimp software You are highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate Your copywriting skills are off the charts You are structured, organise yourself and others well and are resilient under pressure You have a strong analytical capability and commercial acumen You relish the opportunity to work as a team and your communication at all levels enables you to excel Yet when needed you have the tenacity and motivation to succeed when working alone Being tech-savvy is key, experience with Adobe Photoshop and InDesign is a bonus Previous experience in the drinks industry is preferred, but not essential, although if you have a working knowledge of the luxury wine sector that’s a real plus What's on offer A competitive salary, annual bonus, 25 days holiday and contributory pension A generous discount on all products A forward-thinking team with the opportunity to shape English winemaking Flexible working opportunities, with 3 days a week based at the company Head Office
