Alexander Steele is working exclusively in partnership with Civerinos- an award winning, popular, continuously growing pizzeria which has restaurants across Edinburgh, and soon- Glasgow.
The office is located in Portobello and they offer hybrid working and flexible hours.
This is a great opportunity for either a candidate who is part qualified or QBE- qualified by experience. This is a newly created role due to the continuous growth of the business.
The Role:
Entering supplier invoices into Xero.
Assisting in month end preparation.
Allocating payments and preparing payment runs.
Performing Bank reconciliations.
Assisting with Sales Ledger and Credit Control tasks, including raising sales invoices, sales ledger administration duties.
General finance admin tasks.
Assist Payroll administrative duties
The Candidate:
Experience working in a similar role- background in hospitality is desired.
Good understanding of MS Excel
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately whilst under pressure.
A great team player who acts with integrity and professionalism
Part qualified or qualified by experience.
Great communication skills and able to suggest improvement to processes.
Solid understanding of invoices, payroll, bookkeeping and sales & purchase ledger accounts.
Experience with Xero and payroll Sage.
The Offer:
Permanent role.
Monday to Friday.

Salary circa £40,000.
