Front Line Manager - Nights

We are seeking a confident and hands-on Front Line Manager to lead night-shift bakery operations at our Driffield site. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for managing people, performance, and food safety on shift, ensuring production plans are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This is a key leadership role at the heart of the operation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage production teams to deliver daily production targets on night shift

• Ensure full compliance with food safety, quality, hygiene, and health & safety standards at all times

• Drive performance through effective labour planning, absence management, and real-time problem solving

• Monitor production output, downtime, waste, and KPIs, taking corrective action where required

• Support training, coaching, and development of team members to build capability and engagement
