Alexander Steele has partnered with a leading Packaging business that has an exciting opportunity for an agile and dynamic Global Business Development Manager to be responsible for hunting and developing new business opportunities in an existing blue-chip Pan European and American contract with considerable scope for both vertical and horizontal expansion. Key Accountabilities: • Conduct face to face meetings with all local level procurement teams at multiple sites across the EU and develop expansion in the United States • Meet with Senior Procurement Team with the Client at Head Office • Managing Tender processes with a clear focus on Growth and Margin, minimizing business risk. • Sell value added concepts and solutions to the Client. • Be the key driver in expanding and sourcing new opportunities within existing relationship at all levels. • Deliver effective pipeline management. • Analyse price matrix and prepare commercials, SLAs and policies for new contracts. • Demonstrate equipment and products. Candidate Requirements: • At least 4 to 6 years B2C account management Sales experience at corporate level. • Previous experience in managing corporate structure Pan European accounts. • Proven experience in developing new business and product solutions. • Tender management and contract negotiations experience. • A proven relationship builder with experience selling to senior decision makers, including procurement. • Demonstrate evidence of the ability to continually grow accounts inside and outside of their remit. • Salary will be circa £65K to £75K + £6K Car Allowance + 20% Bonus. • This is a home-based role with occasional travel to the UK Head Offices.
