Head of Operations

Alexander Steele is working in partnership with a high growth Consumer Goods business. The organisation is on course to double turnover in 2024 and they are now looking to appoint a Head of Operations for their production facility in West Yorkshire. This is an exciting time for the organisation as they will be moving into a brand new production facility in early 2025. The Head of Operations is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimising all operational aspects of the business. This position requires a ‘hands on’ leader with strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. The Head of Operations will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient production processes, effective supply chain management, and exceptional customer service delivery. On Offer £75,000 - £80,000 annual salary Car allowance 10% bonus 25 days holiday + bank holidays. The Candidate Proven experience in operations management within the manufacturing sector. Experience within liquid filling would be advantageous but not essential. Strong leadership skills with a track record of effectively leading teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
