Here at Alexander Steele we have started working with a small but mighty food manufacturing business who supply to some of London's finest eateries and they are looking for a 3 passionate to head up and lead their teams.
This business is a fast growing award-winning business who bring the finest products to market All of their products are handcrafted and created using 100% natural ingredients. They are a great team who strive to bring best product ideas and share them with the people of London. Their teams are at the centre of everything they do. They want to be recognised as the best at what they do and as Head of Production they want you to be a key part of the success. You will work alongside some of the very best including a Michelin starred Chef.
Key responsibilities:
•To head up, lead a product section and be an integral member of the team
•Production planning and execution
•Confident with mixing, scaling, and baking cakes and pastries
•Be able to use commercial machinery & hand shaping doughs
•Follow procedures and recipes in bulk
•Ensure all baked goods are of the highest quality
•Work safely and to a high standard of health & hygiene
What they are looking for from a candidate:
•You must have a passion for good food and quality produce
•An individual who takes pride in their work
•Have at least 3 years experience working within a commercial bakery or kitchen
•Enjoy working as part of a team and have a willingness to learn and develop
My client will pay up to £45,000 depending on experience
45 hours per week over 5 days
There is a £1,000 joining fee after your 3rd month with the business
