A leading European food manufacturing group is seeking a commercially astute and operationally strong Head of Supply Chain – Europe to lead and optimise supply chain performance across its multi-site, multi-country operations.

The company is a major player in the chilled and ready-to-bake food sector, supplying branded, private label, and co-manufactured products to major retailers and foodservice customers across more than 50 countries. With multiple manufacturing sites and a dynamic supply and customer network, the business requires a leader who can blend strategic thinking with hands-on operational delivery.

As the Head of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for overseeing demand planning, logistics, warehousing, distribution, and customer service across Europe. You will play a key role in transforming the function into a high-performing, sustainable, and customer-focused operation.
