Alexander Steele is currently working in partnership with well-established market leading food manufacturing business which has asked to assist them with the recruitment of HR Advisor for their site in Worcestershire. The Role: •Attending meeting and minute taking •Advise on employment law and any changes to law and wider external factors impacting employment •Provide professional HR advisory service •Coach, support, and train on company’s culture •Develop and implement company policies •Develop effective working relationships •Lead and support varied HR projects •Support recruitment process, inductions, grievances, administration tasks •Provide correct information for monthly payroll •Provide support to HR team and senior management The Candidate: •CIPD Qualification •Must have manufacturing background •Excellent communication skills •Excellent IT skills •Experience of employee consultation •Experience of implementing policies and procedures •Understand payroll process and importance of accurate payroll processing •Ability to influence senior management •Flexibility •Must have minimum of 3 years’ experience in general HR role The Offer: •Full time, permanent role •Hours: Monday to Friday 0800-1700 (flexibility required) •Salary £35k-£40k depending on previous experience •Holidays •Pension If you are driven individual to succeed and looking for great career opportunity with a fantastic company, please apply with your most recent CV or call Linda Cehovica on 0131 970 9191
