Alexander Steele Recruitment have partnered with a leading global Food & Beverage manufacturer, renowned for their heritage brands and strong innovation pipeline. With a workforce of 16,000+ employees worldwide, they are continuing to expand across the MENAI region and are now seeking an experienced HR Director to lead their People agenda across KSA, Lower Gulf, and Yemen.

The Role
As HR Director, you will partner closely with the Country General Manager and the wider HR Leadership Team to design and deliver a People strategy aligned with ambitious commercial objectives. This is a senior leadership role requiring strong business partnering skills, deep HR expertise, and the ability to drive transformation in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver People Plans in partnership with the Country GM.

  • Lead HR Operations, ensuring compliance with KSA labour law and embedding best practice.

  • Drive Employee Relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives.

  • Champion Saudization through structured junior talent and development programmes.

  • Provide strategic insight using people metrics and data-driven decision making.

  • Lead organisational design and change management projects.

  • Partner with Centres of Excellence to deliver regional/global HR initiatives, including compensation & benefits and L&D programmes.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record in senior HR leadership roles, ideally within FMCG or other dynamic, matrix organisations.

  • Strong experience in leading HR teams and delivering measurable results.

  • Excellent knowledge of KSA labour legislation and HR best practice.

  • High-level stakeholder management and influencing skills.

  • Commercially minded with the ability to align HR strategy with business priorities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Experience in multinational organisations is an advantage.
