Alexander Steele Recruitment is delighted to be working exclusively with a large food manufacturing business in North East Lincolnshire. Due to exciting growth and product demand with UK retailers the business is looking to appoint a HR Manager. If you are a Senior HR Advisor ready for that step in to HR Management or an experience HR Manager then this could be the role for you! On offer: • Salary is £50,000 to £60,000 depending on experience • 25 days holiday + bank holiday • Hybrid working The role: As the HR Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Site Management team to offer comprehensive HR support, guidance, and solutions in areas such as employee relations, engagement, resourcing, staff development, compliance, performance management, and reward and recognition. Additionally, you will ensure the timely and accurate payment of salaries to all employees and develop and implement a recruitment platform that enables the site to handle all resourcing needs directly. • Ensure the smooth running of the HR and payroll function • Lead the HR team and all HR initiatives to ensure HR objectives are consistently delivered. • Develop a robust L&D programme for staff of all levels. • Put in place an effective resourcing strategy within cost and time-scales. • Effective management of ER issues, employee welfare and mental health including sickness and absence. • Management of all HR operational processes, systems and data. • Implement and deliver employee engagement strategy. • Ensure all grievances and disciplinaries are managed appropriately. • Report on all KPIs, data and statistics as required. Candidate requirements: The business is looking for someone with comprehensive experience working in an HR Senior Advisory or Management role within a fast paced food, drink or FMCG manufacturing environment. • CIPD level 5 + • Strong payroll operations experience • A HR or Business related degree is advantageous.
