We are looking for a Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Coordinator to support a manufacturing business based in Redditch.
As a key member of the HSE team, you will play a vital role in promoting a proactive and positive safety culture across the company
On Offer:
- £28,000 - £33,000
- Quarterly attendance bonus
- Monday – Friday – 38 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing an effective safety management system.
- Participate in accident investigations to determine root causes alongside relevant departments.
- Conduct risk assessments and support teams in establishing Safe Systems of Work.
- Deliver site safety inductions for new employees and contractors.
- Coordinate and manage external safety training providers.
- Support routine compliance audits and safety inspections.
- Assist in developing short- and long-term plans to reduce safety incidents, near misses, and accidents.
- Oversee contractor management and ensure compliance with safety processes.
- Assist in site waste management.
- Maintain and review statutory safety documentation.
- Manage PPE stock and reorder supplies as needed.
- Lead monthly Health & Safety Committee meetings.
- Drive engagement in health and safety initiatives across all levels of the business.
What We’re Looking For:
- NEBOSH General Certificate (or currently working towards).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Health & Safety role.
- Knowledge of ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001 standards.
- Auditing experience and familiarity with compliance requirements.
