ERP Technical Analyst

Alexander Steele Recruitment is delighted to be working with a leading Food Manufacturer as they look to appoint an ERP Technical Analyst to their team. Our client is a leading supplier of fresh produce to UK retailers. You will play an important role in the support and development of their IFS ERP system. Previous experience in working with ERP solutions to an administrator level is essential. The Role: •Home based (will require you to travel to site when required) •Working within the IT Systems P&P’s as documented •Implementation and execution of preventative maintenance / housekeeping plans across the IFS application and database. •Maintain the security integrity of the IFS ERP system •Documenting security processes for system auditing reviews •Review upgrade package notes, testing requirements. •Managing helpdesk logs, to diagnose and resolve system issues. •Creation and administration of reports, including Crystal, Quick Reports, and/or IFS Report Designer •Working with 3rd party support providers to analysis and resolve system performance issues at the database and application layer. •Maintenance change control requirements throughout The Candidate: •You must have at least 3 years’ experience within ERP solutions •Experience with SQL / Oracle queries for reporting and monitoring •Proficient in report writing crystal reports •Strong customer service skills, including communication, training, and support On Offer: •£35,000 - £45,000 DOE •33 days holiday •Pension If you are interested in hearing more about it this position, please apply with your most recent CV or contact Iain Shanley on 0131 370 9191 for a more information about the role.
