Alexander Steele is currently working in partnership with a consumer goods manufacturing business based in East Lothian area. We have been asked to assist the business with the recruitment of a new Internal Salesperson. An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen for an Internal Salesperson to join well established In-House team to support their current team. Fast paced and growing company with great career progression opportunities which includes training and achieving individual’s aspirations. The Role: •Working closely with the Internal Sales Manager to achieve agreed targets and goals •Repeat selling over the phone •Work closely and maintain good relationship with an established customer base •Resolving customer queries and issues •General day to day office administration •Maintenance of customer and market intelligence records through CRM system •Contribution towards sales and production planning The candidate: •Minimums of 2 years of experience working in sales environment •Relevant qualification is desirable but not essential •Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment •Excellent verbal and written communication skills •Excellent IT skills including – Microsoft word, excel and power point •Must have great attention to detail •Experience working with an ERP system or equivalent multi-discipline order processing system •Must be enthusiastic, energetic and have desire to develop their career within sales environment The Offer: •Full Time, Permanent Role •Monday to Friday •0800-1700 •Site Based in East Lothian •Circa £27’000 •Holidays •Pension If you are driven individual to succeed and looking for great career opportunity with a fantastic company, please apply with your most recent CV or call Linda on 0131 370 9191
