Maintenance Engineer

We are looking for a g Multi Skilled Engineer to support a high-volume bakery operation in Driffield. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving plant reliability across production and packaging lines, ensuring equipment operates safely, efficiently, and in line with food manufacturing standards.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a wide range of bakery production and packaging equipment

• Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults to minimise downtime

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve reliability, performance, and safety

• Ensure all engineering activities comply with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards

• Accurately complete maintenance records and support shift handovers
