Alexander Steele are currently working in partnership with a large Bakery manufacturing business based in Northamptonshire. We have been asked to assist the business with the recruitment of a Manufacturing Manager. This would be a fantastic opportunity to work with a fantastic team & Plant Manager, in role that will give the successful candidate a high level of autonomy. As the Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for driving and improving performance in the manufacturing facility with a key focus on operational performance so it would be a great opportunity to lead and drive change. The position is paying £50k depending on experience and the business will also offer a very competitive benefits package. This is a permanent Monday to Friday role only working a dayshift. The Role: Creating a culture that encourages health and safety, food safety and environmental management systems, through a process of continuous improvement  Drive and sustain an environment of Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence through excellent programme management Create a high calibre, high performing team and enable them to deliver the business strategy. Ensures all staff are trained and developed to meet current and future requirements both technically and behaviourally Budgetary responsibility Quality focused ensuring compliance requirements are met.
