National Account Executive – South UK (M25 Corridor) Alexander Steele is recruiting on behalf of a well-known, UK based, Family run Alcoholic Drinks manufacturer. Our client boasts several well-known Brands that are being supplied to both the On & Off Trade Sectors. Ideal location - Around the M25 Corridor (Outside of London due to travel requirements) The focus of the role will be to support the achievement of budgeted sales targets by working closely with RTM Wholesalers & Pub Co’s to achieve budgeted sales targets through the Regional Brewer & Pub Co Channel. Customers would include the likes of: Brakspear, Wells & Co. Fullers, Stonegate, Punch, Marston's & Greene King Core Responsibilities: Manage a defined contact and customer base which comprises (all or some of): a) Specified Directed Regional Brewers & Pub Co’s b) Outlet Coverage c) National Account Sales Teams & Contacts d) Identified Regional Brewers Operations and Sales Teams e) Specific opportunities within independents and wholesale RTM’S f) Brand Activations / Event Support Achieve annual sales volumes, revenues and profit within the Channel Support account plan objectives and liaise with key customer field contacts, as directed by Business Unit Controller Construct and activate journey plans to cover entire customer base + prospect accounts as directed Implement agreed channel activity as directed by Business Unit Controller and/or On Trade Customer Marketing team in line with portfolio strategy objectives Maintain accurate customer records Execute minimum call targets as directed by Business Unit Controller Develop detailed marketplace knowledge – accounts, personnel, competition, emerging businesses Support Business Unit Controller & National Account Managers as directed Key Skills / Competencies: Drinks Industry Experience PC Literate General sales experience Excellent presentation skills FMCG trained Results driven Commercial acumen & awareness Team player
