Home Based (Northern England / Midlands)

Up to £65k + bonus + benefits

 

Alexander Steele Recruitment are working exclusively with growing food manufacturing group. The business is multiple sites and brands. They are in an exciting period of growth.

 

The role is newly created and the successful person will lead on all existing major retail customers, whilst working with a part of a team on new business development.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day management of key accounts (Major Retailers)

• Sales growth & customer relationship management

• Negotiating terms, cost prices, and JBPs

• Managing promotional activity & seeking new ranging opportunities

• Forecasting & supply chain coordination

• Customer activation & activity planning

• Export planning and forecasting (for those handling international accounts)

• Monitoring customer OL (Own Label) requirements including artwork, availability, and NPD

• Weekly performance reporting & budget planning

• Resolving customer queries (availability, POs, product run-outs, complaints)
