NPD Lead

I have been engaged with a fast growing food manufacturing business in Cambridgeshire, who have seen very competitive growth in recent years. They have made a major investment to their facility recently, enabling them to increase and add to their range of products. As a result, a newly created role is available and the business is now seeking a highly versatile NPD lead to join the company and build their NPD function in house from scratch. From an NPD perspective, this is as "blank canvas" as opportunities come, from procuring development machinery and liaising with project engineers to create and build a development lab / kitchen, to creating new recipes and products from concept through to launch. Versatility and experience in setting up NPD facilities is highly sought after for this role.
